Charter

What aircraft are available to charter?
We have access to over 100 executive jets ranging from a 6 seater Cessna Citation to a 42 seater Boeing Business jet.

Where can I charter an aircraft from?
We operate from any licensed airport worldwide.

How much notice do I need to give?
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week; usually most requests can be handled with a minimum of 12-24hours notice.

What information do I need to give?
In order to provide you with a quotation we will require your departing and arrival airports, dates, times where possible and passenger numbers as well as any specific requirements.

How much will it cost?
Costs vary depending on size of aircraft required, and destination. However, we are part of an active database with other aircraft operators offering charters based on a one way charge rather than the normal two way charge. Using this service ensures that our prices remain extremely competitive and will definitely save our clients up to 50% of the normal prices for that particular sector.

Management

How much will the management of my aircraft cost?
Costs will vary depending on the level of service required.

We can offer you a full management service or you may decide to that you want us to be responsible for a number of services from the following:

Can I lease my aircraft when it is not being utilised?
Should you require chartering your aircraft to third parties in order to offset your operating cost we can arrange to obtain the necessary Air Operators Certificate (AOC).

Can you save me money on aircraft insurance?
We have specific arrangements with AAA underwriters whereby we can obtain the best premiums for your specific terms and conditions.

Consultancy

Why should I use your services?
We are a small team with a worldwide contact base; we are experts in our field and have over 20 years of experience in business jets covering all aspects of the industries. We always make sure our client’s requirements are fully addressed and we are available 24/7.

How often will you keep me informed?
Depending on the level and the type of work we are tasked to perform, we will comply with whatever suits your requirements, however in most cases we produce a weekly reporting system to keep you informed of our progress.

What is Customisation and outfitting?
A number of the larger aircraft manufacturers usually sell you an aircraft with only the basic equipment and without any interior. It is up to the new owner to decide on the additional optional equipment to be included, the layout of the interior and the latest communication and entertainments systems. The smaller aircraft manufacturers usually do all the work in house with limited options on the layout and the optional equipments. Regardless of the type of aircraft you are purchasing, you will need expert advice from day one and leverage when negotiating the best deal. We have worked with a number of clients, taking responsibility of their pre-owned or new aircraft from initial purchase, leading on to the interior design and completion, to final delivery and ongoing operations.

Do you keep a representative on site during completion and maintenance?
Yes, we feel it is upmost importance to babysit the aircraft we always assign a specialist engineer to remain with the aircraft in order to liaise, monitor and supervise all work whenever in maintenance or during completion. We strongly feel by having an engineer on site will save the owner a lot of time and money in any future operation. Follow this link for the contact information

Non Equity Sharers (NES) Program

Who can join the program?
Any serious aircraft owners or users looking to commit themselves to a long term contract in order to reduce their cost of flying.

How can I join the program?
We will do it all for you....
If you already own and operate your aircraft, we will match you and your aircraft with a number of NES depending on the level of your utilisation.

If you are already flying on a charter basis, we will match you with a flying group within your geographical area and do all the necessary legal arrangements for you to join the group.

Who will manage and control the program?
The program, flying group and the aircraft will be managed under a Jet Connections contract.

Do I have to change my crew or aircraft registration?
Most likely not, however, different aviation regulatory authorities have different rules and regulations which govern the operation of aircraft under their registrations. We will work within these regulations to establish and operate our NES program.

What if my circumstances change and I need to quit the program?
We understand that from time to time circumstances change and that people may need to move on for different reasons. The terms and conditions of the program will be designed to have a number of exit clauses for each flying group, the aircraft owners and the NES.Follow this link for the contact information

Cleaning ­ Interior/Exterior

What aircraft can be cleaned?
Any aircraft from a single prop engine up to a Boeing 747.

Where can I have my aircraft cleaned?
Any airport within a 200 mile radius of London.

What services are offered?
We can tailor any of the cleaning services to your particular aircraft and your particular request, anything is possible. (Follow this link for detailed information on our cleaning services)

What products are used on the exterior of my aircraft?
We use Granitize Aviation products, specifically tailored for use within the aviation industry.

Are the products environmentally friendly?
Yes, all products used by Jet Connections are harmless to the surrounding environment.

How long will it take to have the interior/exterior of my aircraft cleaned?
Typically an interior clean can take anything from 30 minutes for a standard turnaround clean and up to 2 hours for a deep clean.

A standard wash and polish on the exterior can take anything from 3 hours depending on aircraft condition and size.

Where Xzilon is applied for brightwork and paint protection, this process can take 1-2 days depending on size and condition of aircraft.

How much does it cost?
The price will vary on each request depending on aircraft type and condition but rest assured we remain very competitive.
