For many years groups of business men, families and friends have clubbed together to purchase and share valuable assets.
Fractional ownership, joint ownership, shared ownership, co-ownership, group ownership, to name some of its many terms, are well established ideas.
If you own a private aircraft, it costs you money even when you’re not making use of it. Our program can offer you much better value on your asset.
While the advantages of owning an aircraft are numerous, so are the costs. A private aircraft is very expensive to purchase and comes with many added expenses, for example hiring and training pilots, maintenance, insurance, and management.
If you have a reason to own a private jet but you can't justify the expense of owning the aircraft outright or if the existing fractional schemes do not really fit your requirements, then our Non Equity Shares Program will be the perfect solution for your flying requirements.
Our program is guaranteed to mutually benefit both the aircraft owner and the “Non Equity Sharers” (NES).
This program is designed to form a flying group based on matching aircraft owners with a group of NES, based on purchasing non equity shares in the aircraft.
NES do not own a percentage of the aircraft; they simply share the use of the asset and pay usage fees, plus administrative fees.
For the Owner: We will match one private aircraft owner with three NES to form a flying group.
For the NES: We will arrange for each sharer to purchase one non equity share in the aircraft.
Costs are split into fixed and variable costs. Fixed costs are paid by all users equally. Variable costs are based on actual use and are paid by the individuals according to their usage.
